Job Description

Rockmount is recruiting for a Temp-to-Perm role at a family-owned paper and film converting business in Smithfield. You will start on assignment through Rockmount with a clear path to permanent employment. The role is workshop-based, air-conditioned, and offers regular weekday hours.

Responsibilities include reading tickets, setting up machines by hand, and exact measurement of slit widths. You will switch between foil, film, and printed paper, and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
