What you will do

As a New Patient Coordinator, you’ll guide prospective patients from their first enquiry through to treatment start. You’ll ensure their experience is seamless and informative every step of the way.

- Respond to new patient enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Book and coordinate initial consultations
- Create and update patient records in the Patient Management System
- Build quick rapport with patients so they feel reassured and confident
- Follow up missed or cancelled appointments and treatment queries




- Liaise with the wider team to ensure a smooth patient flow

What you will bring

- Exceptional phone skills and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service
- Skilled and confident communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and with a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Understanding of Orthodontic treatments would be a bonus!
