Our Finance professionals play a key role in guiding critical business decisions and cutting-edge solutions for the world's leading aerospace company. We are seeking a Payroll Officer to support our centralised payroll function and perform end-to-end payroll processing using both Aurion and Peoplesoft.

This role is based in Brisbane.

Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing
- Maintaining payroll records and employee data
- Processing leave, payroll records and employee data
- Responding to payroll enquiries both written and verbal
- Preparing payroll reports and maintaining payroll documentation
- Experience with EOFY payroll process is desirable

Experience/Qualifications

- Immediately available for a start (highly desirable)
- 2+ years' hands-on payroll experience
- Previous experience using Aurion and PeopleSoft desirable
- Robust attention to detail, problem solving, strive for results and process improvement
- Strong excel skills (Minimum of intermediate or advanced
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with others
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Must be an Australian Citizen
