Payroll Officer – Hospitality

Full-Time Permanent | Nedlands Head Office + Multi-Venue Support | $80,000 + Super An established and growing hospitality group is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Based from the Nedlands Head Office , this is a hands-on payroll position supporting employees across multiple hospitality venues. You’ll work closely with venue managers and the wider business to ensure payroll is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

Hospitality experience would be highly regarded, particularly if you understand the complexities that come with multiple venues, varying rosters, award interpretation and a casual-heavy workforce .

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Processing end-to-end payroll across multiple hospitality venues
- Reviewing timesheets, rosters and employee hours
- Managing new starters, terminations and employee changes
- Processing leave, allowances, penalties and other payroll adjustments
- Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and within deadlines
- Assisting with payroll queries from employees and venue managers
- Maintaining accurate payroll and employee records
- Supporting superannuation and payroll compliance requirements
- Working closely with venue teams to resolve rostering and payroll discrepancies




- Supporting payroll reporting and reconciliations

What We're Looking For Ideally, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a Payroll Officer or similar payroll position
- Experience within hospitality, multi-site or another roster-driven environment
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and award-based environments
- Experience with Tanda and/or foundU highly regarded
- Experience with Xero
- Confidence working with rostering and time & attendance systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage deadlines in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Confident communication skills when dealing with managers and employees across multiple venues
