About The Role We are seeking a capable and detail-driven Payroll officer to join our finance and workface team on a 4 day per week basis.

Role Title: Payroll Officer

Location: Moorebank, New South Wales, Australia

Hours: 4 days per week Permanent part time (Monday to Thursday)

Reporting: Payroll Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in a payroll role (1+ years preferred).
- Experience in HR3 system preferred, not compulsory
- High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and excellent time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with centre teams and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Process weekly/monthly payroll using HR3, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding details, and award classifications.
- Reconcile timesheets, leave balances, allowances, and variations across multiple centres.
- Respond to payroll queries with clarity, professionalism, and a service‑focused approach.
- Process work covers related payment and reconciliation for each work cover case




- Maintain job changes forms and updating in HR3
- Assisting payroll manager for any payroll related tasks
- Access and look after payroll emails when needed
