Payroll & Accounts Coordinator

We are growing our team at On Track Recruitment Solutions and are looking for an experienced Payroll & Accounts Coordinator to join us in Osborne Park.

We are a WA-owned recruitment and labour hire business supporting clients across Civil, Rail, Mining, Construction, Warehousing and Logistics.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys payroll and accounts but also likes having some variety in their week. You will take ownership of our weekly labour hire payroll and accounts and also help with the day-to-day running of the business.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing weekly labour hire and internal payroll from timesheets through to processing
- Applying Australian awards, overtime, penalties and allowances
- Checking pay and charge rates and picking up discrepancies before payroll
- Responding to payroll and timesheet queries
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Invoicing, supplier payments and reconciliations
- Working with Xero
- Assisting with monthly financial reporting
- Helping with contractor onboarding and compliance
- Coordinating PPE and drug & alcohol testing when required
- Assisting with general office administration

About You We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and has great attention to detail.

Ideally,



you will have:

- Previous payroll and accounts experience
- Good understanding of Australian awards and payroll interpretation
- Experience with overtime, penalties and allowances
- Xero experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence working to weekly payroll deadlines
- Good communication skills
- A practical, hands-on approach

Experience within labour hire or recruitment would be highly regarded. Experience with Astute and JobAdder would also be a bonus but isn't essential.
