Are you an experienced PEGA Support Lead looking for your next contract opportunity? We are partnering with a leading organisation seeking a highly skilled PEGA professional to support and enhance critical business applications within an Agile delivery environment.

About the Role

As the PEGA Support Lead, you will play a key role in application support, development, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality PEGA solutions while ensuring system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end PEGA BPM development activities, from requirements analysis through to configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Configure and extend PEGA applications in line with business requirements and best practices.
- Develop, maintain, and support PEGA workflows, business rules, and system enhancements.
- Manage defect resolution, code integrity, and build processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery initiatives.
- Work with ServiceNow and JIRA to manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and user stories.
- Perform application health checks,



system monitoring, and support activities.
- Collaborate with testing teams and contribute to unit testing and quality assurance activities.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have: ✅ PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification

✅ Robust experience working with PEGA PRPC / BPM platforms

✅ 3+ years' experience in Agile delivery environments as a PEGA Architect, Developer, or Consultant

✅ Hands-on experience with PRPC, SOAP, HTML, and XML

✅ Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices

✅ Proven ability to troubleshoot, support, and enhance enterprise applications

✅ Experience working with ServiceNow and JIRA

✅ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
