About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Ruah as a People &
- Culture Partner at a time of significant organisational growth. Partnering with leaders across the Ruah Group, you'll play a key role in building leadership capability, strengthening workplace culture, and driving positive people outcomes.
As a trusted advisor, you'll support leaders to navigate complex employee relations matters, workforce challenges and organisational change initiatives. This role offers a broad HR generalist scope, including employee relations, industrial relations, workplace investigations, performance management, workforce planning, change management, leadership coaching, employment legislation and organisational development.
This is a permanent full-time position (1.0 FTE) based in our Northbridge office.
Reporting to the Manager, People &
- Culture Partnering, you'll manage a portfolio of services and provide trusted partnering support to leaders, helping them build capability, navigate complex employee matters, and deliver effective outcomes for their teams.
You'll join a growing and collaborative People &
- Culture team that provides end-to-end support across the Ruah Group. Following a period of significant organisational growth, we're expanding the capacity of our Partnering team through the addition of another People &
- Culture Partner.
Alongside specialists in Talent Acquisition, Learning &
- Development, and Workplace Safety &
- Wellness, supported by dedicated People &
- Culture Administrators, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting,
developing and retaining talented people across the organisation.
In This Role, You'll
- Partner with leaders to provide expert advice across employee relations, industrial relations and Human Resources matters
- Manage performance management processes, workplace investigations and complex employee relations matters
- Support workforce planning, organisational change and leadership capability initiatives
- Interpret and apply employment legislation, enterprise agreements, awards and organisational policies
- Coach, influence and support leaders to effectively manage people matters
- Contribute to People &
- Culture projects, continuous improvement initiatives and organisational development activities

What We're Looking For
You'll Be Able To Demonstrate
- Experience in a People &
- Culture Partner, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, or similar generalist Human Resources role, with demonstrated capability in complex employee relations and stakeholder partnering
- Strong employee relations experience, including workplace investigations and performance management
- Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation
- Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and leadership capability development
- Strong understanding of industrial relations, employment legislation and contemporary Human Resources practices
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide practical, balanced and solutions-focused advice
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- The ability to travel throughout the Perth metropolitan area as required
Highly Desirable
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- AHRI membership
- Experience within community services, health, social services,
disability, mental health or not-for-profit sectors
- Knowledge of Aboriginal culture and experience working with culturally diverse communities

- Salary of $105,916 - $110,713 (Level 5, Ruah Enterprise Agreement)

- 16 weeks paid parental leave, with flexibility to access up to 32 weeks at half pay
