The Prospect

As our recent People & Culture Partner, you’ll take ownership of the people function across two of our business units, partnering closely with leaders to build high-performing teams and a culture people are proud to be part of. This is a true generalist role. You’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management, employee relations, engagement, development and retention.

You’ll report directly to our People & Culture Manager and be part of a supportive P&C; team that will challenge you, back you and provide plenty of opportunity to continue developing your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Partnering with leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and team performance
- Owning end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across your business units
- Coaching and supporting leaders through performance management, employee relations and difficult conversations
- Driving engagement, culture and retention initiatives




- Supporting employee development and career progression
- Providing practical advice on policies, processes and employment matters
- Identifying opportunities to improve people processes, systems and the overall employee experience
- Using people data and trends to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborating with the wider People & Culture team to align strategy and elevate our impact across the group

What You’ll Bring

- Solid experience across generalist HR and recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Confidence providing advice and coaching to leaders on performance and employee matters
- A sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to work independently, make recommendations and take ownership
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people andperformance
- The ability to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail
- A can do approach where challenges are opportunities to find a better solution
