Role Summary

Connect with professionals exploring personal and career development, conduct structured discovery and follow up conversations, and introduce established personal development and leadership education programs within proven systems.

Responsibilities

Connect: Build genuine relationships and engage in meaningful phone and Zoom conversations.

Communicate: Understand individual goals, share relevant program information and guide suitable individuals through the next steps.

Build: Use established outreach and digital business systems, manage follow up and track activity and results.

Grow: Complete onboarding, participate in ongoing mentoring and professional development, and refine your approach through experience and data.





Requirements

- 8+ years' professional experience in leadership, people and culture, HR, learning and development, education, consulting, client relations, business development or other people focused roles
- Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- Self directed and comfortable taking responsibility for your own activity and outcomes
- Comfortable communicating via phone and Zoom
- Approximately 15 to 20 hours per week
- Laptop and reliable internet connection
- Strong English communication skills
