The Role We are seeking a highly analytical and improvement-focused Performance, Insights & Improvement Lead to help Vinnies Housing interpret organisational performance and turn data into practical actions that improve outcomes across the business.

Reporting to the Service Enablement State Manager, this role works across the organisation to transform operational, property, financial, compliance and tenant information into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, operational excellence and sustainable growth. You will identify performance trends, emerging risks and improvement opportunities to support informed decision-making.

More than a reporting role, you will partner with leaders to understand performance drivers, measure impact and support evidence-based improvements that strengthen organisational capability and outcomes.

This is a Permanent, Full-time position (38 hours per week) based in our State Administration Office in South Brisbane.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in business analysis, performance reporting, data analysis, project management, programme evaluation, continuous improvement or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear findings, practical recommendations and decision-ready reporting.
- Experience developing performance reports, dashboards, organisational measures or reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical, investigative, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with high attention to accuracy, evidence, privacy and information integrity.
- Strong written communication and report-writing skills, including presenting complex matters concisely.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting systems is desirable.
- Experience in community housing, tenancy services, human services, government-funded programmes or another regulated environment is desirable.
- Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy, mission and values of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland, and ability to work in accordance with its policies and procedures.
