Omni Recruit is helping an cutting-edge client on the Gold Coast to fill a General Factory Labourer role in the packaging area. You will join a small team focused on producing and packaging high-quality stainless steel inserts and lids, with a positive culture and opportunities for training and growth.

Expect rotating shifts (38 hours/week) from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a strong emphasis on reliability, attitude, and teamwork to meet KPIs and production standards.
