Key responsibilities n

n
- Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
n
- Maintaining a clean, secure and OHS-compliant warehouse environment
n
- Allocating and managing staff labour
n
- Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming goods using FIFO principles
n
- Coordinating dispatch and freight bookings
n
- Driving operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices
n
- Optimize warehouse space and storage
n
- Leading and supporting a small warehouse team
n
- Foster positive team culture
n
- Managing warehouse consumables ordering
n
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
n
- Conducting staff toolbox meetings
n
- Address performance issues, provide coaching and support training needs
n
- Conducting staff inductions and training
n
- Liaising closely with customer service and prioritising customer requirements
n

- Hands-on experience in warehouse or stores operations
n
- A collaborative approach and a can-do attitude
n
- Strong leadership qualities, with the confidence to guide a small team
n
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
n
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
n




- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
n
- A professional and flexible approach to the requirements of the role
n
- Computer literacy, particularly with ERP/WMS systems
n
- Current driver's licence
n
