About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join the Mark Hay Realty Group team in East Perth, WA. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties and deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. As Property Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our property management operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and generating optimal returns for our clients. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation as a trusted residential property management provider in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, maintenance coordination and tenant relations
- Marketing vacant properties, screening prospective tenants, and executing lease agreements with the help of our experienced VA
- Responding promptly to tenant maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with qualified contractors
- Ensuring compliance with residential tenancy legislation, local council regulations, and strata by-laws
- Managing lease renewals, rent increases, and tenant transitions with professionalism and attention to detail
- Handling tenant disputes, complaints, and conflict resolution in a fair and impartial manner
- Maintaining accurate and organised property files, documentation, and digital records

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management.
- Strong knowledge of Western Australian residential tenancy laws and local property management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Proven organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with property Tree software and Microsoft Office applications
- High level of honesty, integrity, and skilled discretion when handling sensitive information




- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Current driver's licence and current Property managers registration.
