With a strong pipeline of upcoming works and continued national growth, we are seeking experienced Allrounder/ Rigger/ Dogman to join our team in Orange, NSW.

The Opportunity n

This is a residential-only opportunity with potential for a 7:7 or 14:7 roster (project dependent), offering a genuine balance of dynamic underground work and scheduled time off.

Please note: this role does not offer fly-in fly-out or drive-in drive-out arrangements, and applicants must be based in or around Orange, NSW, or willing to relocate at their own expense.

What You’ll Be Responsible For n

n
- Performing dogging and rigging duties to help plan and carry out safe lifts
n
- Directing crane and plant operators using hand signals and radios
n
- Selecting and checking lifting gear (slings, chains, shackles) before use
n
- Helping with concrete placement and finishing when needed
n
- Building and stripping formwork when needed
n
- Operating small plant and machinery as needed (e.g. skid steer, roller, compactor)
n




- Turning your hand to general labouring and site tasks across different crews
n
- Working closely with crane operators, concreters, carpenters and supervisors
n
- Keeping your work area safe and tidy
n

What You’ll Bring nn
- Solid experience as a Rigger, Dogman or Allrounder on construction, civil or mining sites
n
- Some experience with concrete, formwork and/or operating machinery
n
- Good fitness — the job involves lifting, bending and working outdoors
n
- Being a good team player
n
- A genuine focus on doing things safely
n
- Construction White Card (or willing to get one before you start)
n
- Ability to pass a medical check and police check
n
- A current driver’s licence
n

Nice to have: nn
- Rigging ticket (basic or intermediate)
n
- High Risk Work Licence (other tickets)
n
- Experience operating a range of plant and machinery
n
