Our client is a leading national paper manufacturing company and is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term employment with ongoing training and career progression opportunities. Working within a busy industrial environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining site cleanliness, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring work areas remain safe and efficient.

About the Role Key duties will include:

- Sweeping corridors, walkways and operational areas
- Using blowers to maintain clean and safe workspaces
- Hosing down work areas as required
- Cleaning around conveyors and production equipment
- General housekeeping and yard maintenance
- Forklift operation and material handling (where licensed)
- Assisting with site operational and maintenance activities
- Following strict workplace health and safety procedures
- Supporting the operations team with general labouring duties as required

What we're Looking For

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliability and commitment to long-term employment
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing,



labouring, yard hand or industrial environments
- Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors when required
- Strong focus on safety and following procedures
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Current driver's licence preferred
- Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
