Employment Type: Part-Time (2-3 days/week, weekdays only) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break) Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour (before tax) + Superannuation Perks: Travel cost reimbursement for client/site visits About the Role We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and hands-on Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Campbellfield.

This dynamic role offers a great balance between field sales/marketing and hands-on warehouse operations. You will work 2-3 weekdays per week (no weekends) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, playing a key part in growing our customer base and ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit targeted local businesses from a provided list to promote our products (if applicable).
- Drop off product samples and build positive relationships with prospective clients (if applicable).
- Collect basic contact information and feedback from prospective customers.
- Build and organize lists of prospective customers for future sales/marketing visits.
- Execute email marketing outreach to leads and clients.
- Pack and prepare orders for customer pick-up and dispatch.




- Manage stock control, organize inventory and issue invoices/PO during downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Driver’s License & Personal Vehicle: Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license (travel costs for work-related visits will be fully reimbursed).
- Forklift License: A current forklift license is a strong advantage (plus point).
- Availability: Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on assigned weekdays and during the Chinese

New Year holiday season.

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, presentable approach when meeting clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle light-to-medium physical tasks in the warehouse.
