As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated Grounds Officer to join their team and play a key role in maintaining a prestigious property in Clayton.

Key Responsibilities

- Undertake grounds maintenance, including gardening, mowing, landscaping and the general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
- Assist with maintaining the presentation, safety and functionality of the property.
- Complete minor building maintenance tasks and repairs, including painting, patching, basic carpentry and general upkeep works.
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure issues are addressed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Support site improvement projects and seasonal works across the property.
- Assist with event set-up and pack‑down activities,



including moving furniture and equipment as required.
- Work collaboratively with the wider facilities team to ensure the site remains welcoming, protected and well‑maintained.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with site requirements and WHS standards.

About You

- Qualification in horticulture, landscaping, grounds maintenance or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in grounds maintenance, gardening or landscape maintenance.
- Experience in undertaking minor maintenance and repair works.
- Positive, hands‑on attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work.
- Current driver's licence.
- Ability to pass a Police Check and Working With Children Check.
- Able to provide two professional references.
