Job Description

The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a part time Doorways Case Worker to support individuals and families experiencing disadvantage in Miranda, NSW. You will provide person-centred case management, identify goals, and connect clients with needed services.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role is permanent part-time (4 days/week) with SCHADS Level 4 pay. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored case plans, advocate for clients, and coordinate with internal teams and local providers
