We are looking for a New Grad or Early Career Speech Pathologist to join our values-driven allied health team.

Who we are: The Social Domain is a multidisciplinary clinic in Caulfield North with a strong reputation for client-centred care. Our team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Clinical Psychologists works together in a warm and collaborative setting, supporting people to build skills and achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. Our referrals span across the lifespan. The role will involve 2–3 days based out of our Caulfield North clinic, with approximately two days in the community and at schools within around a 10 km radius. We do our best to align caseloads with clinical interests.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Speech Pathologist who is passionate about making a difference. Salary range listed is based on experience and includes superannuation.

- Assessment and evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing difficulties in one or more of the following areas:
- Social Skills and Communication
- Expressive and Receptive Language
- Group Social Skills Programs
- Fluency and Stuttering
- Literacy
- Selective Mutism
- Neurogenic Communication Disorders
- Gender-Affirming Voice Therapy
- Voice Disorders

About you:

- Available to work 4–5 days per week
- A team player who is organised and willing to connect, collaborate and adapt your therapeutic approach based on clients’ needs
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and a growth mindset
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage clients
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong time management and organisational skills

Role requirements:

- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Driver’s licence and access to a car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
