The business is now seeking a highly commercial Business Manager to lead and coordinate its corporate services functions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Directors, the Business Manager will provide commercial insight and oversee the effective delivery of finance and administration, people and payroll, technology, workplace safety and facilities services.

Leading a close-knit business support team, you will interpret financial and management information, identify business trends and provide practical advice to support performance, productivity and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing clear reporting and commercial insights to leadership
- Monitoring budgets, financial performance and business trends
- Leading and developing the administration function
- Coordinating corporate services and external service providersReviewing commercial agreements and supplier arrangements
- Maintaining appropriate governance, compliance and controls
- Improving systems,



processes and business reporting
- Supporting technology-enabled business transformation
- Contributing to business projects and strategic initiatives

About You

You may currently be working as a Business Manager, Finance Manager, Corporate Services Manager or in a similarly broad commercial leadership role.

Commercially astute and highly numerate, you will bring experience across several corporate functions. These may include finance, administration, people and culture, payroll, workplace safety, technology, procurement, compliance or facilities.

Finance, accounting or business qualifications are essential supported by a depth of commercial exposure.

You will also demonstrate:

- Strong financial and commercial judgement
- Confidence in interpreting data and presenting meaningful insights
- Experience improving business systems, processes and ways of working
- Sound leadership and stakeholder management capability
- Advanced communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- An organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
The confidence to contribute ideas and respectfully challenge thinking
- An ability to lead people effectively through business change
