About the Role n

You’ll work across a range of quality residential and commercial projects throughout Brisbane.

n

Unlike high-volume, rushed painting environments, our projects are planned, structured and quality-focused.

n

You’ll be supported by experienced leadership and clear systems, allowing you to focus on what you do best — delivering exceptional painting work.





Your responsibilities will include: n

- Completing preparation and painting works to a high standard
n
- Delivering quality finishes across residential and commercial projects
n
- Following project scopes, schedules and company systems
n
- Maintaining clean, organised and secure work areas
n
- Communicating with Leading Hands and Supervisors
n
- Taking ownership of your work and productivity
n
- Working as part of a professional and supportive team
n

About You n

We’re looking for someone who is proud of their trade and takes ownership of the finished product.

You’ll have:

- Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Pride in your workmanship
n
- A professional attitude and presentation
n
- Strong reliability and punctuality
n
- Ability to follow systems and processes
n
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
