The Role n

We're looking for a motivated and technically minded Internal Salesperson to join our Pump & Irrigation team.

n

This is more than just a counter sales role. You'll be helping customers solve real water management challenges by providing practical advice and recommending the right products and solutions.

n

Working closely with our workshop, projects and field service teams, you'll prepare quotations, process orders, liaise with suppliers and support customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities n

Prepare quotations for pumps, irrigation systems and associated equipment.

n
- n

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.

n
- n

Provide technical product advice and solution recommendations.

n
- n

Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries.

n
- n

Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and lead times.

n
- n

Assist customers with pump selection, irrigation design concepts and product specifications.

n
- n





Follow up quotations and identify sales opportunities.

n
- n

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

n
- n

Work closely with the workshop and service teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

What We're Looking For nn
- n

Strong customer service and communication skills.

n
- n

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or trade sales.

n
- n

Mechanical aptitude and an interest in pumps, irrigation or water systems.

n
- n

Ability to read and interpret technical information.

n
- n

Good computer skills and attention to detail.

n
- n

Strong organisational and time management skills.

n
- n

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

n
- n

Experience in the pump, irrigation, plumbing, agricultural or industrial sectors would be highly regarded but is not essential.
