Greenease is a Queensland-based, vertically integrated clinic and dispensary group specialising in medicinal cannabis and patient-centred care. We're looking for a registered Pharmacist to join our team across our Drewvale and Capalaba dispensaries.
The Role
- Permanent part-time position, guaranteed minimum 8 ordinary hours/week across telehealth, remote and onsite duties
- Based at 3/27 Illaweena Street, Drewvale and 14a–15/200 Old Cleveland Rd, Capalaba, with telehealth/remote work as required
- Rosters provided at least 7 days in advance
- 3-month probation period
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense S4/S8 prescriptions with a focus on medicinal cannabis — clinical checks, contraindications, interactions, patient counselling
- Manage Greenease Portal orders, deliveries and wholesale/special orders
- Use Halaxy, eRX, Z-Dispense and other approved systems to maintain accurate patient records
- Oversee assistants/technicians on picking, packing and dispensary operations
- Handle dispensary phone/email queries and escalate clinical matters appropriately
- End-of-day banking,
stock control and S8 security compliance
- Supervise team members within scope and support a safe, compliant workplace
About You
- Registered Pharmacist with current AHPRA registration (or eligible for registration)
- Sound understanding of QLD Medicines and Poisons Act/Regulation and S8 handling
- Interest or experience in medicinal cannabis dispensing highly regarded
- Solid communication skills and comfortable working across telehealth and in-person settings
- Committed to ongoing CPD and clinical governance standards

- Base rate: $41.74/hour (+ super), with a weekend flat rate for Saturday/Sunday shifts
