WHAT IS THE ROLE

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months as a maternity leave cover. As a Pharmacist Consultant (Pharmacy and Aged Care) at Webstercare you will have the opportunity to diversify your background as a Community Pharmacist and apply your previous Residential Aged Care and/or Pharmacy Medication Management experience in a more unique way. This is a specialised role offering the opportunity to make a satisfying and valuable difference to our customers professional experiences.

This is a 12 month full time fixed term role based in Leichhardt NSW and your primary responsibility will be to help enhance and support the way our customer organisations approach Medication Management.





- You will be engaging with senior stakeholders within both Residential Aged Care and Pharmacy to seek to understand specific client needs in order to offer tailored solutions for each situation, plus
- building meaningful working relationships between Webstercare and the respective Pharmacy and Aged Care Providers will be key to exploring adoption of electronic medication management systems and gold standard Webster-pak medication systems.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

- Ongoing support of existing Webstercare customers, both remotely and on site
- Building authentic working relationships with industry stakeholders
- Co-ordinate activities to onboard existing and new customers with new Webstercare systems - including providing quotations and completing the sales process
- Work as a valued member of the Professional Services Team

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE

- A passion for helping to make a difference within the Residential Aged Care and Pharmacy domains
- A degree as a Pharmacist is essential
- Excellent working knowledge of the Residential Aged Care and Community Pharmacy services
- Enjoy building relationships
- Ability to travel within Australia
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and a self-driver
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence
- Complete Police check as required
