This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Pharmacist to gain exposure across Community Pharmacy and Aged Care. You will have the chance to make a meaningful impact within local communities and nursing homes. Reporting to the Pharmacy Owner and working closely with Pharmacists, Dispense Technicians, Retail Managers, and Pharmacy Assistants, you will work with a progressive pharmacy group that values its people in a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the Owner and wider team to provide excellent patient care and help run a successful community pharmacy and aged care.
Key responsibilities
- Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Supporting aged care services, including packing and hospital-style dispensing (desirable)
- Collaborating and training with technicians and pharmacy assistants to deliver exceptional customer service health outcomes
- Delivering health promotion programs as required
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy policies, legal requirements, and Quality Care Pharmacy Standards
- Contributing ideas and be involved in the day-to-day business

- Current AHPRA registration (essential)
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and workflow
