We’re looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing community pharmacy team in Dandenong.
You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, helping deliver excellent patient care while building your pharmacy skills in a busy, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Be a positive, motivated team player who contributes to a productive, supportive and results-driven culture.
- Take ownership of store performance, working towards agreed sales targets, budgets and business goals.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and actively participate in ongoing training and development.
- Deliver patient-centred care and better health solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Support promotions, current products and the Pharmacy reward program to enhance customer engagement and store growth.
- Maintain effective stock management, merchandising and catalogue execution in line with brand standards.
- Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organised,
welcoming and professionally presented at all times.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous community pharmacy experience is preferred.
- S2/S3 training or a Certificate I–III in Community Pharmacy will be highly regarded.
- Experience with FRED POS and Office is highly advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers.
- A positive, enthusiastic and reliable approach to work.
- Eagerness to learn, develop and grow with the business.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
