About the role The Pharmacy Assistant forms part of a team responsible for delivering patient centric care and assisting our customers with their healthcare needs by providing excellent customer service, expert advice and exceptional product knowledge.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work Part Time in our pharmacy placed in a lovely community shopping strip, Thursday and Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-2.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Team player integrating in a culture of productivity, self motivation and results driven
- Accountability for the performance of the store sales and responsible for meeting Budgets set
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure regular training
- Linking sales with a total solution focus along with in store activities such as promotions and new products
- Be committed to supporting & growing the Star Pharmacy Loyalty Program
- Manage stock and execute promotions and monthly catalogues, in line with brand standards




- Establishing customer loyalty by ensuring all customers receive patient centric care by providing "better health solutions"
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and skilled appearance throughout the store

Knowledge, Skills and Key Requirements

- Previous pharmacy experience is preferred
- S2 & S3 trained applicants or holders of certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy will be highly regarded
- Experience with the LOTS POS system will be highly advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- A vibrant, enthusiastic, dedicated work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Eye for detail and accuracy
