Pharmacy Retail Manager – Inner East & North‑West Melbourne (Two Locations)

$38–$40 per hour - Full‑time | Alternate Saturdays

Take ownership of the retail operation, lead and develop your team, influence sales and merchandising, and make a genuine contribution to the success of two busy community pharmacies. These roles suit confident leaders who enjoy hands‑on management, robust customer engagement, and keeping a pharmacy running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- - Manage day‑to‑day retail operations

- - Prepare rosters and maintain appropriate staffing levels

- - Oversee ordering, stock control, stocktakes and supplier returns

- - Minimise shortages, over‑ordering and dead stock

- - Drive sales through merchandising, promotions and category management

- - Maintain attractive displays, ticketing, planograms and store presentation

- - Monitor sales, GP, wages, costs and KPIs

- - Manage invoices, banking, cash reconciliation and suppliers





- - Deliver excellent customer service and resolve enquiries/complaints

- - Ensure S2/S3 and health & safety procedures are followed

- - Support community marketing activities and pharmacy promotions

Qualifications & Experience

- - S2/S3 certification or Certificate II/III in Community Pharmacy

- - Experience in pharmacy retail management

- - Strong stock control and inventory management skills

- - Invoice processing experience

- - Fred Office / Fred POS highly regarded
