About the role

We’re currently looking for confident and driven Phone Sales Representatives to support a range of client campaigns. Shifts may involve outbound and inbound calls, lead generation, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities will typically include:





- Making outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads
- Handling inbound sales enquiries
- Explaining and promoting products or services clearly and confidently
- Working towards sales targets and conversion goals
- Upselling or cross-selling where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

About you:

- A confident and professional phone manner with strong rapport-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous experience working towards KPIs and performance targets (call volumes, conversions, SLAs, customer satisfaction)
- A proactive attitude and strong customer focus
