We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Automotive Mechanic to join our PDI operations. This is a varied role, with the opportunity to work across a range of brand-new vehicles and complete a variety of inspection, preparation and mechanical tasks.

What you will do:

- Carrying out mechanical and electrical checks, adjustments and repairs as required
- Fully Maintain company fleet vehicles to required specifications
- Pre-Delivery tasks/ inspections in accordance with set instructions/ standards
- Installing accessories and ensuring all vehicle features are functioning correctly
- Light servicing and repairs of passenger vehicles
- Fit out (Customisation) of Vehicles as per plan and/or instructed
- Secure manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop
- Perform required quality checks and be accountable for the workmanship of performed work
- Ensure that required records are completed accurately and submitted on time

What you will bring:

- Manual Drivers licence
- General automotive diagnostic and automotive accessory fitment experience
- Experience in servicing all makes and models
- A good eye for detail and problem-solving skills highly sought after
- Diagnostic problem solving ability

Nice to have:

- Mechanical Trade (or part thereof)



qualified preferred but not necessary
- Team Leader experience an advantage
- Dealership servicing experience ideal but not necessary
- Previous experience in Automotive Trade and Quality Systems
