Job Description

The Y Whittlesea is seeking a casual Duty Manager (Shift Supervisor) for The Y Leisure City in Epping. You will lead on-shift staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure safe, quality service across the facility.

This role offers a 20-hour weekly schedule with evening and weekend shifts, plus advantages such as a free on-site gym and parking. Prior leadership in a leisure or sports centre is valued, along with a passion for sport.
