Are you an experienced mechanic, senior technician or workshop foreman ready to take the next step in your career?

Fulcrum Suspensions is looking for a hands-on Assistant Managerto help lead workshop performance, job flow, quality control and technical problem solving. This is not a broad retail role - we are looking for a technical person who understands suspension, steering, 4WD, towing, diagnostics and workshop productivity.

You will support the Store Manager, guide technicians and apprentices, help solve technical issues, manage workflow and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and right the first time. Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-driven approach are essential.

Key areas:

- Workshop leadership and daily job flow
- Technical support for fitters, technicians and apprentices
- Quality checks and "right first time" workmanship




- Customer support with technical explanations
- Problem solving, diagnostics and practical solutions
- Supporting store results, productivity and customer satisfaction
