About You

You're a motivated and qualified Motorcycle Technician who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the job done right the first time.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Completed a recognised mechanical training or apprenticeship program
- A current motorcycle licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workshop quality
- A professional, team-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding community

Your Responsibilities As a valued member of our Service Department, you will:

- Perform servicing, maintenance,



diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Complete work efficiently while meeting or exceeding allocated repair times
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately
- Carry out motorcycle upgrades, accessory installations, and customisation work
- Ensure all repairs and servicing meet the highest standards of quality and safety
- Work closely with the Service Manager to communicate repair progress, additional work requirements, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate service records and workshop documentation
- Contribute to a positive, productive, and safety-focused workshop culture
