The Role

You will provide leadership across residential aged care operations, with key responsibilities including:

- Oversee operational performance, clinical quality and care outcomes
- Lead and support experienced clinical and operational managers
- Monitor clinical risk, incidents, complaints and quality indicators
- Maintain strong systems across accreditation, audits and regulatory compliance
- Oversee workforce performance, staffing models and care minute requirements
- Support budgets and overall financial performance
- Drive continuous improvement and service performance
- Build strong relationships with staff, residents, families and key stakeholders

About You:

- Significant senior leadership experience within residential aged care
- Strong experience across operations, clinical quality, compliance and risk
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory environment
- Experience across accreditation, workforce and financial performance
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing experienced managers
- Strong executive-level communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications within health, nursing, allied health or a related discipline
- AHPRA registration highly regarded but not essential
