Our work will take you in different directions. We are seeking a Site Manager to join our New Building Solutions team in Mascot, NSW. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects across Sydney, ensuring successful delivery through leadership, resource management, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in motivating and guiding your team, fostering a positive work environment, and driving outstanding project outcomes.

What will you be doing?

- Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site.
- Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
- Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
- Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture.
- Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others and always strives to exceed customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement across projects.

What are we looking for?

- 5+ years’ experience managing project delivery at a site level.
- Contractor management experience.
- Lift industry experience highly regarded.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.




- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
