Ryde Natural Health Clinic is looking for our next 2-3 experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapists to join our team in North Ryde.

We have existing patient demand and a large multidisciplinary team, so you can start building a consistent caseload from day one. You can focus on MSK physiotherapy, with the option to incorporate Reformer & Studio Pilates if it interests you. Pilates experience is welcome and ideal, however isn’t essential for us to consider you for a role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll assess and manage a wide-ranging caseload, including acute and persistent MSK conditions, sports injuries and rehabilitation. You’ll develop practical treatment and exercise plans, help patients work towards their goals, and maintain clear, timely clinical notes.

You’ll have the independence to manage your patients, alongside opportunities to discuss cases and receive referrals from colleagues across physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, Traditional Chinese Medicine, remedial massage, and Pilates.

EARNINGS This is a percentage-based contractor role paying 60% of turnover, plus performance incentives.

As an indication of earning potential, physiotherapists seeing on average a comfortable 35 patients per week across 5 days would invoice us around $132k pa.



A physiotherapist who wanted to join us 4 days a week seeing an average of a comfortable 28 patients per week across 4 days invoice us around 105k pa.

These figures are indicative, and not guaranteed, however are realistic- with many of our team earning far in excess of these examples. Actual earnings depend on your hours, patient numbers, services and fees. Performance incentives are paid on achieving several clinical and non-clinical KPI's, and can add to the above figures substantially.

ABOUT YOU

- Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
- At least two years’ private practice experience
- Confidence assessing and managing a diverse MSK caseload
- Sound clinical reasoning and an interest in exercise-based rehabilitation
- Clear communication and a thoughtful approach to patient care
- The ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team

Experience in women's health, sports, or post-op rehab physiotherapy or clinical Pilates would be an advantage, but not essential.
