Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Pick Packer to join our manufacturing team in Cheltenham, Victoria. This temporary full time role is essential for ensuring the productive packing and dispatch of products, contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a Pick Packer, you will play a vital role in our production process, helping to maintain our high standards and support our operational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.

- Ensure all items are checked for quality and correctness before packing.

- Label packages clearly and correctly for dispatch.

- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required.





- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of warehouse operations is advantageous.

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labelling.

- Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items as required.

- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
