Revive X Recovery & Wellness Centre is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, professional and people-focused individuals to join our team. Revive X is a premium yet accessible wellness destination bringing together on-demand reformer Pilates, recovery and wellness therapies under one roof.

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with others, take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience and have an interest in fitness, recovery and wellness.

We have multiple Facilitator positions available, including an opportunity for an experienced salesperson to take on a combined Facilitator + Membership Sales Consultant role.

PILATES & WELLNESS CENTRE FACILITATORS

As a Facilitator, you’ll be one of the faces of Revive X and play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our members.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming members and providing exceptional customer service
- Conducting new member orientations
- Showing members how to confidently use our Pilates studio and recovery modalities
- Managing bookings, enquiries and general reception duties
- Conducting centre tours for prospective members
- Answering membership enquiries
- Supporting membership sales and lead follow-up
- Building relationships with members and helping create a strong community
- Maintaining a clean, organised and premium centre environment
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Pilates studio and wellness centre

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for people who:

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Are reliable, organised and proactive
- Have a genuine interest in fitness, recovery, health and wellness




- Present professionally and take pride in their work
- Are comfortable learning new systems and wellness equipment
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Are available across a mixture of weekdays, evenings and weekends

Previous experience within the fitness or wellness industry is highly preferred. Experience within Pilates studios, gyms, health clubs, recovery centres, wellness facilities or similar environments will be highly regarded.

Experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing would also be highly regarded.

FACILITATOR + MEMBERSHIP SALES CONSULTANT

As part of this recruitment, we’re specifically looking for one experienced salesperson to take on additional responsibility for membership sales and lead conversion. This is a combined role. You’ll still be involved in the day-to-day operation of the centre and member experience, while also taking ownership of membership enquiries, lead follow-up and new member conversions.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:

- Have previous sales experience
- Have previous cold-calling experience and be confident picking up the phone
- Be comfortable making outbound calls to both warm and cold leads
- Be confident working through an existing lead database
- Have solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Be confident handling objections and asking for the sale
- Be comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Be organised and consistent with CRM and lead management




- Understand the importance of persistent and professional follow-up
- Be motivated by achieving results and growing a membership base

YOUR SALES RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Cold calling and re-engaging existing leads
- Responding quickly to new membership enquiries
- Following up leads via phone, SMS and email
- Booking prospective members into centre tours and trials
- Conducting tours and membership consultations
- Understanding prospective members’ goals and recommending the right membership
- Following up trials and enquiries
- Converting leads into paying members
- Handling sales objections confidently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up tasks
- Working towards individual and centre membership targets

Previous sales experience is essential for this position. Experience selling fitness, gym, Pilates, recovery, wellness or other membership-based services is strongly preferred.

Experience in social media marketing, lead generation, digital marketing or content creation would be an additional advantage.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales and is comfortable creating opportunities rather than simply waiting for enquiries to come in.
