About The Role We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Plant Operator to join our fertiliser depot team in Port Lincoln . This hands-on role is suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has solid attention to detail and is confident operating mobile and fixed plant equipment.

You will support the safe and efficient operation of the site, with day-to-day responsibilities including fertiliser handling, storage, blending, despatch and general yard duties.

You will also coordinate site despatch activities, ensuring products and loads are accurately prepared, handled and delivered on time. Your focus on safe plant operation, quality and effective resource utilisation will contribute to the overall performance of the Port Lincoln depot.

What You Will Be Doing

- Safely operate Front End Loader (FEL) to load, unload, stockpile and blend fertiliser products
- Operate forklifts to support warehouse activities
- Coordinate and support logistics and despatch activities, including order preparation, truck loading and documentation
- Maintain accurate stock control and ensure storage and yard areas are clean and organised
- Complete daily pre-start checks, perform basic equipment maintenance and promptly report any issues
- Follow all site safety, environmental and quality requirements
- Support general depot operations, including blending, housekeeping and yard duties
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain safe,



efficient and reliable depot operations

About You You enjoy hands-on work, have a positive attitude and are committed to working safely. To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Proven experience operating a Front End Loader (FEL) in an industrial, agricultural or bulk-handling environment
- Current FEL licence, or willingness to obtain
- Current Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or depot operations
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently and maintain high work standards
- Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship and a commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and confidence completing routine equipment checks
