About the role

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates and quotes for internal plastering projects.

Key responsibilities

- Reviewing architectural plans, specifications and project documentation
- Preparing accurate quantities and material take-offs
- Estimating labour, materials and associated project costs
- Preparing and submitting quotations and tenders
- Liaising with builders, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
- Following up quotations and assisting with securing new work
- Ensuring estimates are accurate, commercially competitive and delivered on time
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

About you

- Preferred previous estimating experience within plastering, construction or a related industry




- Preferred strong knowledge of internal plastering systems, materials and installation
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
- The ability to read and interpret building plans
- Robust computer and administration skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
