Blackmores is undertaking a significant business transformation as we introduce recent ways of working across our ERP and technology landscape. At the heart of this transformation is the implementation of a new, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP, alongside a CRM program and a portfolio of supporting initiatives.

As PMO Operations & Delivery Lead, you will play a critical leadership role within the ERP Programme Management Office, helping to drive disciplined execution across one of the largest transformation programs in Blackmores' history.

Acting as 2IC to the ERP PMO Lead, you will provide oversight of integrated delivery planning, vendor performance, quality gate readiness and delivery assurance across the program. You'll lead a team responsible for maintaining delivery momentum, managing dependencies, escalating blockers and ensuring workstreams remain aligned as the program progresses towards its final wave go-live.

This is a highly visible role that combines delivery leadership, stakeholder management, commercial judgement and operational excellence in a complex multi-vendor environment.

This is a fixed-term role until approximately Q4 2028, based in Surry Hills, NSW.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead the Delivery & Operations function within the ERP PMO, providing leadership and direction to a team of 4, including a Master Scheduler and 3x Delivery Coordinators
- Drive integrated delivery planning across ERP workstreams, helping translate program-level plans into executable sprint and release activities.
- Maintain visibility across program delivery, ensuring dependencies, risks, blockers and actions are actively managed and escalated where required.
- Partner closely with ERP, CRM and business teams to coordinate delivery activities and manage cross-program dependencies.
- Oversee client-side deliverable assurance activities, ensuring contracted deliverables meet agreed quality standards and stage gate requirements.




- Support quality gate governance by ensuring entry and exit criteria are clearly defined, evidenced and assessed before progression.
- Manage day-to-day vendor delivery performance, holding partners accountable to agreed deliverables, milestones and quality expectations.
- Drive resolution of delivery issues and performance concerns, escalating material risks and impacts as appropriate.
- Lead defect governance activities, including triage, prioritisation, ageing management and reporting.

Who are you? You are an experienced delivery leader who thrives in complex transformation environments and knows how to bring structure, accountability and momentum to large-scale programs. You are comfortable operating across business, technology and vendor stakeholders, balancing delivery urgency with quality and governance discipline.

You'll bring:

- Significant experience leading project, program or PMO delivery activities within large-scale ERP technology transformations.
- Experience working within ERP transformation programs, with SAP S/4HANA
- Proven experience managing delivery across multiple vendors, workstreams and stakeholders within a complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience assessing vendor deliverables and holding delivery partners accountable for quality outcomes.
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, risk management, change control and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent stakeholder and people management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, delivery teams and external partners.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, with exposure to Planview or similar enterprise portfolio management tools highly regarded.
- Strong scheduling literacy and the ability to identify delivery risks and challenge unrealistic plans.
