Immediate Start | 3-Month Contract | Accommodation & Travel Covered

LO-GO Appointments is seeking an experienced Plumbing Inspector (Trade Waste) for a 3-month contract with a Queensland Council in North QLD, commencing as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumbing skilled with strong regulatory and compliance experience to step into a key Council role, with accommodation and travel provided, plus a vehicle available for commuter use.

To be successful, you will have:

- QBCC Licensed Plumber and Drainer
- Current C Class Driver Licence.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Sound knowledge of Queensland legislation and regulatory requirements, including; Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018, Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2000, National Construction Code (NCC) and Queensland Plumbing and Wastewater Code.
- Demonstrated experience in plumbing, trade waste, wastewater,



compliance or a related regulatory environment.
- Strong inspection, assessment and investigative skills.
- The ability to interpret legislation, regulations, codes and technical documentation.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage regulatory matters professionally.
