CPC Engineering has over 50 years experience in the Mining sector and is 100% Western Australian. Our Pilbara Division are seeking a Plumbing Supervisor to lead our field teams and oversee the day-to-day delivery of plumbing and maintenance services.

This role is ideal for a qualified plumber who has strong leadership skills, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

As Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating field operations, supporting and developing tradespeople, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining the high standards our customers expect. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be equally comfortable managing workloads, solving problems, and stepping in to support the team when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise plumbing and pipefitting teams across mining projects, shutdowns and maintenance works.
- Coordinate daily labour, materials, equipment and work fronts to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
- Liaise with clients, site management and project teams to coordinate works and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, site requirements, S26 obligations and company procedures.
- Oversee industrial plumbing and piping installations, including HDPE, Galv, Stainless steel , Potable & processed water, Compressed air and fire services.
- Monitor quality, productivity and progress while identifying and managing project risks and constraints.




- Assist with estimating, variations, procurement and commercial requirements.
- Mentor and develop plumbers, pipefitters, apprentices and trade assistants while maintaining a strong safety culture.
- Ensure required documentation, inspections, testing and project close-out requirements are completed.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Extensive experience in the plumbing industry.
- Current plumbing licence/trade qualification.
- Previous experience leading or supervising plumbing teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, service, and project plumbing operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service.

Requirements:

- Plumbing Licence
- S26 and statutory exam completion required (mandatory)
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Working at Heights - Within 2 years
- Confined Space Entry - Within 2 years
- White Card
- HRWL with EWP - Preferred
- MSIC - Preferred
- BHP & FMG inducted - Preferred
