Blackmores is undertaking a significant business transformation as we introduce new ways of working across our ERP and technology landscape. At the heart of this transformation is the implementation of a new, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP, alongside a CRM program and a portfolio of supporting initiatives.

As PMO Governance and Reporting Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring leadership has a clear, accurate and evidence-based view of program performance as we progress through the next phase of our transformation journey.

Reporting to the ERP PMO Lead, you will lead a small team responsible for the governance, reporting and assurance activities across the ERP program, ensuring decisions, risks, changes and programme records are managed with discipline and transparency. You will provide independent challenge where required, support executive decision-making, and help maintain the governance framework that underpins successful delivery.

This role also leads a team of 2 and acts as the key liaison with external tooling partners, ensuring our reporting, governance and delivery systems continue to support the evolving needs of the program.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PMO, Governance or Transformation professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and insight to large-scale enterprise programs.

This is a fixed-term role until approximately Q4 2028, based in Surry Hills, NSW.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead the governance and reporting function within the ERP Program Management Office, supporting effective oversight across the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
- Own and continuously improve the program governance framework, including governance forums, decision rights, escalation pathways and approval processes.
- Manage the end-to-end reporting cycle, providing executive-ready reporting for leadership teams, SteerCo and other governance forums.
- Drive high-quality, evidence-based reporting that supports informed decision-making and provides visibility of program health, risks and delivery confidence.




- Lead the program change control framework, ensuring proposed changes are supported by clear impact assessments and appropriate governance.
- Provide independent challenge and assurance across program status, schedule confidence, risks and delivery performance.
- Maintain key program registers and records, including RAID, decision logs, change registers and programme evidence repositories.
- Establish and maintain document control standards, ensuring records are accurate, traceable and audit-ready.
- Define governance and reporting standards across Jira, Confluence and related programme management tools.

Who are you? You are an experienced PMO, Governance or Transformation professional who thrives in complex environments and understands the importance of solid governance in enabling successful delivery. You combine analytical thinking with excellent communication skills and are comfortable providing independent challenge when required.

You'll bring:

- Significant experience within PMO leadership, programme governance, assurance or transformation management roles.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP or technology transformation programs, ideally with direct SAP implementation experience.
- Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level reporting and governance materials for senior leadership and steering committees.
- Experience operating or supporting change control processes within complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, reporting cycles, risk management, assurance and programme controls.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with executives, vendors and delivery teams.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence, with exposure to Planview or similar enterprise portfolio management tools highly regarded.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring or developing team members.
