About the Role: Working within a fast-paced and collaborative setting, you will support the delivery of strategic outcomes across policy development, capability analysis and stakeholder engagement functions.

Key responsibilities may include

- Contributing to policy development, strategic analysis and capability initiatives.
- Preparing high-quality briefs, submissions, reports and executive correspondence.
- Supporting the delivery of advice to senior leaders and key decision-makers.
- Assisting with policy implementation and program delivery activities.
- Conducting research and analysis to support evidence-based decision making.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting communications and engagement activities across a broad stakeholder network.
- Coordinating meetings, events, consultations and engagement activities.
- Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared outcomes.





About You To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in policy, strategy, communications, research, analysis or program delivery.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare explicit and concise documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within deadlines.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving results.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Essential Requirements
- Australian Citizenship.
