- Experience with postal operators, courier services or postal technology providers
- Strong understanding of postal operations, sorting centres, delivery networks and regulatory frameworks

• Experience with postal automation, Barcode/RFID tracking and logistics software

• Knowledge of UPU standards and international postal regulations

• Understanding of digital transformation in the postal sector, including AI, IoT and Blockchain

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills

? Good to Have
- CSPO or similar certification
- Technical background in software development or related technology fields

? Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise across mail processing, sorting, last-mile delivery and logistics




- Analyse and optimise postal operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Support digital transformation initiatives including automation, AI-driven sorting and IoT
- Assist with postal IT solutions such as tracking systems and postal management platforms
- Support compliance with postal laws and international standards
- Research emerging trends including e-commerce logistics and hybrid mail
- Collaborate with BAs, developers and project managers
- Provide training and mentorship on postal operations and technology integration
