Are you a capable generalist who can think, optimise and learn?

We need someone who can run Google Ads confidently and knows their way around Meta Ads. Someone who doesn’t panic when ROAS dips, but investigates, tests and works out what needs to change.

You’ll join an experienced PPC team and manage a mixed portfolio of clients, with Google Ads as your primary focus and Meta Ads as your secondary focus. You’ll have room to own your work, backed by a team that shares knowledge, tests ideas and helps each other solve problems.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Primary: Build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Remarketing
- Secondary: Manage paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta Ads
- Own campaigns end-to-end: research, targeting, budgets, bidding, ad copy, testing, optimisation and performance monitoring
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify
- Explain campaign performance and recommendations to clients by phone, email and, occasionally, face-to-face
- Collaborate with our SEO, website development, design and client services teams when needed
- Spot problems early, investigate the cause and take practical steps to improve performance

You’re a Strong Fit If You…

- Have at least 2–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in an agency or in-house role




- Have practical Meta Ads experience beyond boosting posts or managing organic content
- Have eCommerce campaign experience? We'll consider it a bonus!
- Can explain campaign performance and recommendations clearly, without hiding behind jargon
- Know how to follow established processes and when to suggest a sensible improvement
- Are proactive, curious, comfortable receiving feedback and happy to learn from the people around you.
