Radiant Doctors Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Nurses to join our friendly and supportive team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well within a team setting. This prospect is available on a part-time or full-time basis for either Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse's.

The Role

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Providing comprehensive wound care management, including assessment, dressing, and follow-up
- Coordinating and managing recall and reminder systems to support continuity of care
- Conducting triage and clinical assessments to prioritise patient needs appropriately
- Administering immunisations in accordance with current guidelines and protocols
- Supporting and managing patients with chronic disease care plans, including monitoring and follow-up
- Completing Health Assessments (e.g., care plans, GP Management Plans, 75+ health assessments, Indigenous health assessments)
- Assisting in the treatment room, including procedures and minor surgeries as required
- Delivering patient education, health promotion, and preventative care advice
- Providing ongoing patient support and facilitating connections with relevant community services
- Maintaining clinical stock control, including ordering and inventory management
- Ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation in patient records
- Upholding infection control standards and maintaining a safe clinical environment
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

The successful applicant will have:





- Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care to individuals with complex health needs and from diverse backgrounds and age groups
- Proven ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
- Capacity to perform efficiently in a dynamic environment with fluctuating levels of demand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to respond to patients in a professional, compassionate, and friendly manner
- A collaborative, team-focused approach with flexibility and adaptability in the workplace
- Sound clinical judgement and attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards

Desired knowledge/skills:

- Demonstrated experience in Chronic Disease Management and completion of Health Assessments within a primary care setting
- Proven ability to perform a broad range of general practice nursing duties, including immunisations, procedure assistance, wound care, and clinical stock management
- Strong understanding of and ability to effectively manage patient recall and reminder systems
- Experience using Best Practice clinical software
- Sound knowledge of primary healthcare standards, infection control, and accreditation requirements
- Ability to contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice
