Termi Home & Commercial is a trusted leader in termite management, waterproofing and pest control services, working alongside some of Queensland's largest residential and commercial builders to deliver quality pre-construction termite mangement solutions and exceptional customer outcomes.

We are seeking a Pre-Construction Field Manager to lead our Pre Construction Termite field team and drive operational excellence, team performance, customer satisfaction and continued business growth.

About the Role you will be responsible for leading our Pre Construction Termite field team, driving performance, developing people, and ensuring operational excellence across all pre-construction field activities. You will oversee installers, subcontractors and scheduling resources while building a culture focused on safety, customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and supporting field installation teams.
- Driving productivity, quality and customer service outcomes.
- Recruiting, training and mentoring Subcontract & Staff Installers.
- Working closely with Residential and Commercial Builders.
- Managing field resources and operational planning.
- Providing technical leadership and problem-solving support.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.




- Contributing to the broader leadership and strategic direction of the business.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Education:
- High School (Year 9-11) (Preferred)

Experience:
- Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
- Pest control: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:
